This month has been busy~! I have been working for Theatre BC as a juror for the 21st Annual National Playwrighting Competition. This was an amazing opportunity to read plays from across Canada. The winners are announced at  www.theatrebc.org.

Also I had the pleasure of  working as a director/dramaturge to fine tune an exciting new play called,  Once Upon A Lesbian with the Vancouver based theatre company, the Leaping Thespians. For more info www.leapingthespians.ca.

We (Erin Ormond and myself) performed the excerpt from my comedy show, The Drama Queens on Oct. 13/2009 at the Port Theatre. This was the first time this material was performed in front of an audience! An amazing experience! I am hoping to do another developmental workshop/ invited reading, coming soon to a theatre near you…
